How it all started...

My journey to creating Balance Within began from my own struggles.
For years, I felt like I was just surviving — juggling motherhood, grief, and the endless pressure to be everything for everyone. I’d use food to comfort myself, then feel guilty afterwards. Deep down, I knew it wasn’t really about the food… it was about how I felt about
me.

That’s when everything began to shift. I started working on my mindset — peeling back the layers, releasing old beliefs, and finally understanding where those patterns came from. Through hypnotherapy, NLP, and belief coding®, I began to heal the parts of me I’d ignored for so long.

And once I did, everything changed.
I found a calm I didn’t know I was missing. I rebuilt my confidence, learned to love myself again, and started showing up differently — not just as a mum, but as
me.

That’s why I created Balance Within — to help other mums experience that same transformation. Because when you heal from within, it changes everything: your relationship with food, your confidence, your happiness, your life.
